Occipital Fiber Analysis & Soft Tissue Reflex Techniques: Master the Art of Precision in Chiropractic Analysis and Correction

The ability to pinpoint the primary source of subluxation patterns is what separates a good chiropractor from a truly exceptional one. With Occipital Fiber Analysis and Soft Tissue Reflex Techniques, you gain access to a powerful indicator system that guides your clinical decisions with unmatched specificity.

This in-depth online course teaches you how to use occipital fibers as neurological indicators to identify stress patterns, organ involvement, and vertebral subluxations—and how to apply soft tissue reflex corrections to release stored tension, enhance spinal stability, and support long-term healing.

These techniques offer a unique lens through which to assess and care for the whole body—making your adjusting more effective, efficient, and neurologically driven.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to read and interpret occipital fiber patterns to locate primary subluxations and organ stress
  • The neurological basis of soft tissue reflex techniques and their clinical applications
  • Step-by-step protocols to evaluate and correct vertebral and visceral patterns
  • How to use these tools to complement and enhance SOT® and other chiropractic systems
  • Methods to stabilize chronic subluxation patterns and support nervous system regulation.

Resources Provided

  • Video class modules
  • Evaluation & technique presentations
  • Practical demonstrations
  • Calls to action (CTAs)
  • Complete PDF workbooks
  • Full transcriptions of video classes
  • Email access to Dr. Rosen & Dr. Watson

Why Take This Course?

  • Occipital fibers reveal deep-seated patterns that traditional evaluations may miss
  • Soft tissue reflex techniques allow you to address visceral and structural imbalances non-invasively
  • These tools help you tailor care to each patient’s unique presentation, improving outcomes and retention

Who Is This Course For?

Chiropractors who want to:

  • Sharpen their diagnostic skills with a reliable indicator system
  • Address organ and system imbalances without forceful manipulation
  • Expand their toolbox with neurologically-based, low-force correction techniques
  • Deliver deeper, more lasting results across all patient populations

Whether you’re seeking more clarity in your analysis or more precision in your adjusting, this course will elevate your practice to the next level. It’s time to take the guesswork out of chiropractic care—and replace it with certainty, specificity, and results.

Meet the Instructors

Dr. Martin Rosen, DC, CSCP, CSPP & Dr. Nancy Watson, DC, CSP

As early as first quarter in chiropractic school they were attracted to each other’s commitment to chiropractic and the pursuit of excellence.  Their combined 80 years of personal and clinical and teaching experience, in delivering the chiropractic adjustment is unparalleled in the chiropractic profession.  Their international outreach through teaching, writing and lecturing has been a driving force in their personal and professional careers since their first seminar taught together as students, in 1979.

Their years of experience have taught them what works and what does not work to create a successful practice and lifestyle. The more competent and comprehensive your expertise you will find that more patients will seek your services and your practice will grow exponentially.

Feedback From Our Students

  • Kunnakar Lung-Tor, DC

This course will help me with patients with more chronic conditions. Also, it completes well with my other techniques that I use in my clinic.

I found that the CMRT is a good complementary technique that can help me with my adjustment.

I could use this technique to help all my patients.

Yes, I would recommend this course because it gives you a strong tool to help patients with chronic conditions or high levels of stress.

    Thank you for this course!

  • Dr. Kelly Schubert

I decided to continue after taking the SOT series in order to help patients with chronic issues/patterns.

    1. After practicing and being able to identify active line 2 fibers, they can help the Dr. find the ‘lynch pin’, where the cause of a patients problems lie and what would give them the optimal chance to heal. 2. Through patients complaints /symptoms identify which fibers/ organs/ vertebrae are related. 3. Understanding of progression of subluxation from inferior tippage to rotation, closing off dural port and creating the visceral somatic arc.

This program hasn’t impacted me as much as the SOT series. I found it to be a lot of information and specifically for palpating the fibers. I feel I would have needed to be in person to make sure I am finding the correct areas. I do plan to continue to learn from my notes and hopefully integrate some of the most common protocols that we learned. I think the information is very interesting but very intense to learn.

I have found some active line 2 fibers and patients are amazed that it correlates to issues they are having. I have not had the chance to practice the specific protocols for the organs as I am still not proficient in identifying the fibers. I have practiced palpating and neutralizing fibers and associated vertebrae.

Living in Germany, I’m very thankful to have these online seminars to continue learning from abroad. I would love to someday make it to an in person seminar.

  • Dr. Chloé Balay

I needed a technique to stabilize my patients who came back with the same pattern over and over again

My takeaways are: Listening carefully: the patient’s pain pattern can help identify their possible organ reflex pattern The post Ganglionic correction is necessary to end the protocol and balance out the organ activity The amount of stimulation (pressure) when correcting the occipital fibre and reflex is important for the correction to be done efficiently and for it to hold in time.

This program helped me to push my limits and dig deeper to find the root of the problem when my treatment didn’t last over time. Maintenance is easier to talk about when all the aspects of a patient’s symptoms have been handled.

The Adrenal reflex and Respiratory reflex were helpful to use during this period of the year, enabling the patient to keep the benefits of the treatment longer. In addition, the cranial balancing techniques, which can be included easily in every session, usually does settle the patient down and they end up feeling less on edge.

Thank you for the time you spent teaching us this technique and helping us for the past few months.
