Occipital Fiber Analysis & Soft Tissue Reflex Techniques: Master the Art of Precision in Chiropractic Analysis and Correction

The ability to pinpoint the primary source of subluxation patterns is what separates a good chiropractor from a truly exceptional one. With Occipital Fiber Analysis and Soft Tissue Reflex Techniques, you gain access to a powerful indicator system that guides your clinical decisions with unmatched specificity.

This in-depth online course teaches you how to use occipital fibers as neurological indicators to identify stress patterns, organ involvement, and vertebral subluxations—and how to apply soft tissue reflex corrections to release stored tension, enhance spinal stability, and support long-term healing.

These techniques offer a unique lens through which to assess and care for the whole body—making your adjusting more effective, efficient, and neurologically driven.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to read and interpret occipital fiber patterns to locate primary subluxations and organ stress
  • The neurological basis of soft tissue reflex techniques and their clinical applications
  • Step-by-step protocols to evaluate and correct vertebral and visceral patterns
  • How to use these tools to complement and enhance SOT® and other chiropractic systems
  • Methods to stabilize chronic subluxation patterns and support nervous system regulation.

Resources Provided

  • Video class modules
  • Evaluation & technique presentations
  • Practical demonstrations
  • Calls to action (CTAs)
  • Complete PDF workbooks
  • Full transcriptions of video classes
  • Email access to Dr. Rosen & Dr. Watson

Why Take This Course?

  • Occipital fibers reveal deep-seated patterns that traditional evaluations may miss
  • Soft tissue reflex techniques allow you to address visceral and structural imbalances non-invasively
  • These tools help you tailor care to each patient’s unique presentation, improving outcomes and retention

Who Is This Course For?

Chiropractors who want to:

  • Sharpen their diagnostic skills with a reliable indicator system
  • Address organ and system imbalances without forceful manipulation
  • Expand their toolbox with neurologically-based, low-force correction techniques
  • Deliver deeper, more lasting results across all patient populations

Whether you’re seeking more clarity in your analysis or more precision in your adjusting, this course will elevate your practice to the next level. It’s time to take the guesswork out of chiropractic care—and replace it with certainty, specificity, and results.

Feedback From Our Students

  • Dr. Nicholas Novakoski

I love studying DeJarnette! This class really helped me integrate CMRT into my practice.

The CMRT course led by Dr. Marty Rosen was incredibly valuable. It provided me with a newfound certainty in treating patients with visceral-somatic reflex issues. The material was presented in a clear and understandable manner, making it easy to grasp. Most importantly, I was able to seamlessly integrate this new technique into my practice, enhancing my patient care.

It has given me more certainty when working with viscero-somatic issues.

I have cleared multiple patients with gallbladder and stomach issues! I seem to find more gallbladder, stomach, pancreas and ICV.

You guys do a great job! I really appreciate all your help.

  • Dr. Jennifer Vannoy

I must tell you that I’ve been practicing the CMRT protocols and I’m absolutely amazed at what is happening with my patients. The feedback has blown me completely away.

I never saw the true power of chiropractic care until now. I believe the world has reduced chiropractors to pain doctors. Even in school we were taught that chiropractic is mainly to manage pain. One of the reasons I got into functional medicine is because I didn’t want to be a glorified PT who could legally adjust a joint.

I can’t believe this whole time SOT was out there and I didn’t know that it embodies what chiropractic care was meant to be. It should be a part of every chiropractic curriculum.

Chiropractic is so much more than pain management and optimizing performance. It’s about restoring function to the organ systems, which is accomplished by removing all interference from the nervous system.

I remember professors telling us something to that effect in school, but they didn’t really TEACH us that concept. The treatment must go beyond the adjustment and restoring motion to spinal joints. There’s more to it and I feel incredibly blessed to have found the key that unlocked the true power of chiropractic for me.

Thank you so much for your dedication to teaching the skills of SOT. I want to learn everything I can. Where do I start??

  • Kristen Kerr, DC

    My three takeaways are:
Patients not responding to adjustments: This is a way to look deeper. Take the time to find family/friends to practice on. The concept is not hard. The positive outcome is amazing

My best friend is fighting for her life. I was able to gently work with her and her shoulder pain went completely away.

I have a clinic full of amazing ladies who have been through a lot in life. I was spending a lot of time trying to get them to stabilize. With CMRT, I was able to gain stability and decrease pain.

Heck YES! I would recommend this course!! This brings in an easier way to determine organ involvement and give us the tools to aid in their improvement.

Thank you for being there. Even when my life threw me a curve ball, you showed up and were there. Hugs!
