Like always excellent knowledge of Dr. Rosen and way of sharing his experience.

How has taking this program impacted my life, personally and professionally?: Only in good way. Still craving for more.

When I had a really messy patient with different leg length discrepancy and I checked his atlas and did Category II complex, he improved dramatically. This is really helpful stuff.

Yes, I would recommend it and I already have.

SOT provides a deeper look into the functioning of the nervous system and the role of the dural meningeal system in nervous system functioning, chronic patterns, and clues that the source of dysfunction may not be local to the area of pain but may be a compensation above or below. SOT provides an extra key to unlocking the nervous system with the cranial distortion evaluation and how it plays a part in the dural meningeal system, CSF flow and more. The SOT evaluation helps to give better understanding of the capacity to which a person’s nervous system is functioning beyond the everyday ortho and neurological exams taught in school. It is more of a qualitative nervous system analysis rather than a specific diagnostic problem because the nervous system functions as a whole.

I have been able to provide a unique/different technique in my area that is starting to give some results with patients so hopefully will attract more in the future.

This technique has been able to keep me from over adjusting my patients and learning to trust the indicators rather than what I may be feeling without the use of the indicators. For one patient the indicators encouraged me to adjust the cervicals differently which has helped. For another patient having lots of neck pain and not making progress with another provider I was able to determine it was an ascending pattern and the problem was more in his pelvis and sacrum and releasing the AI sacrum was providing the most relief.

Yes, I would recommend this course. I think it helps to have more tools in the toolbox for when you become “stuck” with patient progress and learning to read the body’s indicators helps to provide direction to help them. Also, the role the dural meningeal system plays in nervous system health is not taught in schools so I think it could provide better and more lasting results if the system is unwound.

“I took this course to further understand SOT and to be able to have another technique that was easier on my body as I get older.

This is an in-depth study on SOT that really digs into the three different categories. I would purchase an occipital fiber chart to have handy in your treatment room. This course is a step-by-step to help you to determine which category you’re dealing with and to help you take better notes in determining the category.

This course has allowed me to better assist my patients that do not like osseous adjustments that would rather have a more gentle approach. It has also helped me to get those that are in chronic pain some relief.

I have been incorporating more cat 3 protocols lately in my office and helping patients find relief because of it.”

“I took this program having been in practice for 35 years. I really needed a refresher course. Loved the Show and Tell videos.

Personally I have been struggling with lower back and SI problems from injuries which have not responded to the traditional spinal manipulation issues, and my intuition led me back to the SOT protocols.

Using the SOT protocols, ie. Category 2, my patients have been holding their adjustments much better for their wellness care.”

A clearer picture of the indicators and corrections of each of the three categories as well as a meter grasp of the neurology associated with the Category system.

I have been able to apply it directly on a daily basis, understanding better the dollar and crest sign in the Category I correction on a specific patient I have been working on.

I have been working with a patient for a considerable amount of time, starting with a dural approach, then Category II indicators and this week, moving to Category I correction. Still waiting to see if this improves her symptomatology, although each correction has cleared the indicators.

I would recommend this course. The ability to study SOT from a master without all the ridiculous politics is refreshing!

Thank you for this course. I know that I have been slow getting through all of the material, but I have been cherry-picking the info that I have needed in the moment before sitting down to complete the course and it has still been a rewarding course and will continue to be a reference point in the future for my patients!
