It’s an amazing, well-presented and thorough program that guides you and offers you support throughout the program – The Dr Share sessions are great and help clear any confusion – You will gain valuable knowledge that will help you provide better care for your paediatric patients
It has helped me understand the cranium and its different cranial facial movements and how it can affect the paediatric patient Professionally it has helped me become a better practitioner as I can provide quality care to my patients and I can see improvements with treatment
I had a baby with recurring ear infections and congestion. I had applied a few techniques but one was the eustachian tube technique and fruit jar techniques and ventricular bulb to help with drainage. Mom had reported that after the first session she had noticed her baby seemed happier, was not tugging on his ear as much and by the 3rd session he had significant improvement with frequency and intensity decreasing. He still sees me monthly for treatment to help prevent his ear infections from returning.
Most definitely would recommend this program. It is a thorough, well-presented course that covers so many different presentations and complaints you can get in a paediatric patient. How to formulate a protocol to follow and apply the treatment from various techniques learnt
I am so happy and grateful I took part in the program. I have gained so much knowledge and still feel I need to go through it a couple times as there is so much to the program. I thoroughly enjoyed the past 10 months and have found the techniques that I have learnt and applied to benefit my patients greatly. Thank you.

My takeaways:
1. not only just spinal, but cranial subluxation can have a lot of effect on the nervous system too.
2. Facial asymmetry is also part of the indication of the cranium subluxation
3. we can help not only spinal issues, but more than that like sinus, suture early closing, head shape asymmetry and most importantly palate intracranial adjustment helps a lot of infant’s symptoms like latching, crankiness, etc.I saw a lot of facial asymmetry that I can help, especially because I have a son, it does help me to become more observant and more tools to help the paediatric population.
I have a jaw occlusion case where closing the jaw deviates to the left, after doing the L EX temporal and RTRT, I could see the results immediately.
Yes, I would recommend this program. It teaches a lot of new things/ techniques that can be applied to paediatrics. And I have not encountered this before. It gives me new insights in my approach to giving care.
Thank you for creating this program that benefited all of us in providing better quality care to the paediatrics!

This program delivers deep clinical mastery of gentle, non-force SOT protocols tailored specifically for growing nervous systems, bridging structural pelvic and cranial alignment with neurological development to optimize outcomes for infants and children. Beyond technical precision, it equips me with the confidence and empathetic communication skills needed to educate parents, build trust, and deliver effective, family-centered paediatric care.
Taking this program greatly boosted my clinical skills and confidence, allowing me to deliver gentle, effective SOT care to children and build strong trust with parents. On a personal level, it deepened my passion for holistic healing and gave me a rewarding sense of purpose in shaping young lives early on.
I recently treated a young child who was having trouble sleeping due to spinal tension. Using the gentle SOT cranial and pelvic blocking techniques from the course, I safely relieved the tension without using any force. The child relaxed right away during the visit, and the parents reported much better sleep and a happier mood within just a couple of sessions.
Yes, I highly recommend this course to anyone treating children. The gentle SOT techniques are easy to apply and give fast, real-world results for young patients. Plus, it gives you the confidence to talk to parents and build a thriving family practice.
Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson are incredible mentors whose passion, clinical wisdom, and clear teaching make complex paediatric SOT protocols easy to master and apply in practice.

My three takeaways:
1. The power of less is better.
2. Mastering indicators based neurologically,
3. Having a different insight when treating pediatrics. The fear of working with a tiny, delicate spine has always been there. With this course, it definitely helps me to gain some internal confidence to overcome that fear.
I have been trying to get familiar with cranial bone ranges of motion and the movement during my clinical practice
Yes, I would highly recommend this course to any chiropractor who wants to care for children with this safe and precise technique. As children cannot tell where they hurt, and this course teaches a strict indicator-based system. To learn to read the child’s body using reproducible cranial, dural and spinal checks.
Just want to sincerely thank you both for such an amazing program!

This program has taught me more about the importance of skull anatomy and its relation to neurology than any other course that I have done. We as chiropractors are able to influence the nervous system of young children in such a way that it can impact them for the rest of their lives. We often underestimate the value of early intervention and this program constantly reminded me that the earlier we can intervene, the better the outcome for the patient
I have been taught to be constantly aware of how any condition can have an impact on the nervous system. I am now assessing and treating my patients with the mindset of having a more permanent impact on their bodies, and no longer just treating to alleviate immediate symptoms.
My son has had bruxism for as long as I can remember. I have been treating him consistently since I have learnt techniques for TMJ and bruxism, and although it is still present, it is nowhere near as severe as it was in the past (he is 6 years old).
Yes, I would recommend this program. The in-depth knowledge that you gain about the nervous system and techniques that can be used to impact it positively in a permanent way is invaluable, and it will make you a better chiropractor.
This is a brilliant course, and I am eternally grateful that you have devoted yourselves to teaching SOT to other chiropractors around the world. Thank you.
