1. The program is filled with a lot of information & one thing I really appreciate is the online portion can be done at your own speed, watched over & over and before the in-person hands on portion. This makes it all easier to digest & implement. 2. Something special about this technique is that there are many specific indicators to know exactly what needs to be adjusted first, if you’re on the right track & much specificity. 3. Drs. Marty & Nancy exude passion and expertise while teaching and supporting. You can feel the importance within them that they so deeply want others to carry on this work.
I just finished the seminars but am already using specific advanced spinal & cranial techniques on my children & my patients. Having taken these courses gives me added confidence within my practice and with my own children. My last baby struggled so much in the first year of her life. With this work, she improved. Honestly, having taken these courses gives me enough confidence to have another baby, because I was really worried about going through another tough year or more with another baby (awful sleep, super fussy, hard breastfeeding journey, etc.)
Many babies have been presenting at my office with poor latches. I’ve used my new knowledge of how to access and adjust the occiput, upper cervical and cranium to help latches improve quickly.
Anyone who sees children in their practice should take this course. To be honest, I didn’t even realize that dural tension could cause such issues & I certainly didn’t know how to balance that. What I learned in these courses opens a whole new world of chiropractic and patient care and I’m so excited for the lives that are going to improve!
More than being great professionals, the doctors are incredible human beings. I love that their own daughter helped teach the seminars, too. My young family always travels with me to seminars, and the doctors take great interest in my children, making them feel so special & more! Thank you!

SOT is special. For the first time in my career, I have found a method of practice that allows me to fully leverage my skills, education and experience to better my patient’s health. It is thoroughly rooted in neurology, anatomy and physiology. It has a logical assessment structure that gives clinical certainty but allows for creativity and intuition in working through a patient’s health problems. It is easy on my body and is gentle and safe for the patient. The “secret sauce” is its focus on the dural-meningeal system and the role of CSF in enhancing the health and function of the nervous system. After 27 years in practice, I have a new-found passion for my profession and my ability to help people.

1. Drs. Rosen and Watson are super approachable and supportive of your growth as a pediatric chiropractor.
2. The focus is on the adjustment and the effect the adjustment has on the nervous system for the developing child.
3. I understand more than ever before why kids need chiropractic care. This program has transformed my confidence, love, and ability to help pediatric patient.
Doing intra-oral sphenoid and occipital adjustments, together with other SOT pediatric evaluation/adjusting techniques have impacted the kiddos we see in a positive way. One infant patient I remember became less fussy and enjoyed nervous system function improvements because of the implementation of this work.
This course helps you build your confidence in helping pediatric patients and helps you truly help them make changes for their continual nervous system growth and development. The material is extensive; however you have a community of doctors ready to help you as you continue to master the material.
Dr. Rosen, Dr. Watson, Dr. Cooper, Dr. Neill, Dr. Holman, and Dr. Larusso: thank you for being outstanding chiropractors.

It is a very deep system of care, one that could be studied for a lifetime. There is a great deal of technique that can be gained from these classes; they provide a great compliment to anything you have already learned. If you take care of babies and kids, they NEED you to take these classes.

Now that I have taken this course both in person and hybrid online, I really enjoyed how the online portion was divided into smaller lessons that allowed time to really internalize the information. It kept me motivated each week to study and be prepared for the in-person sessions.
I can’t say enough about this program, and Dr. Marty and Dr. Nancy’s mentorship. It has reignited my focus and passion for pediatric care, and I use what I have learned every day. The program is so robust with information, that each time I walk away with more confidence in the science and art of this technique.
Indicators help me every day to assess what each patient needs and the best way to adjust. This helps in my pediatric practice, especially with the variety of children with special needs that come to my office. Indicators take out the guesswork and incredible results can be achieved.
Yes, of course! I would recommend this program. This is the certification program to take if you want to really understand pediatric adjusting- both spinal and cranial. No other program out there does a better job of creating competent and confident practitioners to care for families.
I really appreciate the group as a whole. Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson have created an incredible team of assistant teachers and it is always a positive learning environment.
