My top 3 take-aways were the applicability and ease of the manual cranial techniques, the FABULOUS reviewing of the SOT categorization processes, and the emphasis on staying in the syntax.

Drs. Marty and Nancy know by now that I was very happy and surprised to have the professional coaching questions woven into the second half of the course. I’ve had coaching over the years intermittently, most of the programs involved action. The coaching we were given in this program was WISE: it challenged us to identify core values, to identify incongruencies and remove them, to recognize our inner INTENTION and innate, and then create a plan… The coaching in this program had a wisdom element to it, patience and strength were underlying the questions and identifying ways to separate yourself from emotion to address situations objectively, forcing us all to be courageous enough to exist in our truths.

I have been doing cranial work since 2008 and learned my first techniques from Dr. Rosen. What is remarkable is that my first daughter was born in a posterior facing position, with very minimal anterior fontanelle, and I had to use these techniques to create a normal shape to my daughter’s head. I worked on her for 4 hours after she was born, in between nursing she was getting cranial work mostly for her parietals and temporals. Within 24 hours, her cranial bones were neutral, and nursing became much easier. During this course, I worked on a 9-year-old boy who was undergoing palate- spreading and his appliance was being cranked 1 mm / week. After one session of cranial work, he was sleeping better, his right front incisor shifted beautifully, and he said he felt much better.

I would recommend this course to others. The weekly class format was terrific – online, easy to schedule into your life, and great material. The hands-on weekends were WAY more than I expected, but in a fantastic way. I was so thankful for all the hands-on, and there were so many teaching assistants I feel that everyone got the help they needed.

After taking both the online course and the hybrid course, I loved the hands-on portion of this course. Coming from a non-SOT background, there is A LOT to learn but it is amazing to see how intricate this work is and how much I still have to learn. I think the cranial work is fascinating and to sit there in the seminar and see the changes in adults’ faces after adjusting firsthand really was mind blowing!

This program makes me want to learn more & really rethink the way that we practice now. I feel like there are so many children who need this care & who struggle like we did with Kali and it inspires me to want to help them in the best way that I can!

I am still learning a lot of the cranial work, so I have not applied that in practice yet. But from the spinal portion of the course, I have taken a lot of the basics from that and applied it to the babies we see in our practice & it has made a big difference in the certainty I have that I am adjusting the right area by following the analysis.

YES I would recommend this program. I know that I will need to repeat it many times and do a lot of studying at home, but it is amazing the knowledge that the head doctors all have. It is so inspiring to see everything that they know and makes me want to soak up as much knowledge as I can so I can help others the way that they do!

I am so thankful for everything!

      1. This program allows you to be yourself. You can be the doctor that you want to be. Everything can easily integrate into your practice.

      2. Everything I learned from this program was beneficial. From the online portion to the in- person classes. It will help you grow professionally and personally.

      3. This is one big family. You will never be left hanging. Dr. Marty, Dr. Nancy and every instructor genuinely want to help you succeed

It has allowed me to reevaluate my practice and my technique analysis. I had an unexpected new start in January. Even though I have been practicing for years, I needed to reframe my practice and have a better examination. This program allowed me to not only learn how to take care of my patients better, but it gave me more confidence in what to look for and how to correct it.

Recently a lactation consultant started referring babies to me for chiropractic care. This program has 100% allowed me to communicate with patients better and know how to evaluate. I am seeing improvement in tension and latching with these babies.

      Absolutely would recommend this program!!
Because this program changed my life in the most positive way. I want the same for someone else. Our profession needs more practitioners who know this work. It will keep us distinct and change the trajectory of many lives.

This was the program that I needed. The format of the hybrid allowed a weekly opportunity for us to learn and prepared me for the in- person seminars. I loved it! I took notes at my own pace with the videos provided and could rewatch them as many times as I wanted. The in-person seminars filled my heart and mind.

      Forever grateful for you all!!

      My three takeaways:
      1. A Deepened Understanding of Pediatric Cranial Work The seminar dives deep into the intricacies of cranial anatomy and function in infants and children. Dr. Rosen’s mastery in this area helped clarify subtle dysfunctions that often go unnoticed but can significantly impact development. I left feeling more confident in identifying and addressing cranial imbalances with precision.
      2. Enhanced Spinal Evaluation and Adjusting Protocols The SOT-specific protocols for pediatric spinal assessment were detailed, efficient, and practical. We practiced a refined process of evaluating dural tension and adjusting the spine and pelvis in ways that support whole-body neurology. These protocols are gentle yet powerful, and perfect for the pediatric population.
      3. Clinical Application and Case Integration One of the most valuable aspects was learning how to synthesize everything into real-world application. Through live demonstrations and case discussions, the seminar bridged the gap between theory and day-to-day patient care. I appreciated the emphasis on both clinical outcomes and parent communication strategies.

Personally, this seminar reignited my passion for serving children and families at a deeper level. Being surrounded by like-minded practitioners and mentors who truly value precision, intention, and excellence reminded me why I chose this path in the first place. It gave me a renewed sense of purpose and reminded me that to be the best, I have to continue learning from the best. It was humbling, inspiring, and energizing all at once. Professionally, this training immediately changed how I approach pediatric care in my office. I now have a clearer system for assessing cranial and spinal patterns, more confidence in my clinical decision-making, and the skills to deliver gentle, effective adjustments that respect the body’s innate intelligence. I’m seeing shifts in my patients more quickly, and I feel more equipped to support complex cases with greater clarity and certainty. This seminar was more than just continuing education – it was a pivotal step in both my personal growth and professional evolution. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and already looking forward to what’s next with Peak Potential.

My cervical spine evaluation is so much clearer. Now I have the tools to definitively know if it’s occiput, upper cervical dural tension or lower cervical involvement.

I would recommend this course over any other I have taken.

I have taken so many pediatric courses looking for something to make my evaluation clear and concise and this was it. I first took Dr Rosen’s course through the ICPA back in 2010 and I knew then SOT was going to be my technique of choice. Thank you Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson for coming to Detroit and forever changing how I practice.

It is a very deep system of care, one that could be studied for a lifetime. There is a great deal of technique that can be gained from these classes; they provide a great compliment to anything you have already learned. If you take care of babies and kids, they NEED you to take these classes.
