“This program filled in some empty spots in my cranial treatment and cleared up some questions on visual diagnostics, especially with the occiput. Cleared up some semantics from past SOT training (occipital sideslip/compression). Finally, I got a pedi brochure and exams formally completed. Required me to focus on improving and fine tuning my pedi cranial.

So many…. Most recently, my grandbaby had to be taken 3 weeks early by C section (such a violent procedure!) due to a complete placenta previa, so there was no other safe way out that we knew of. We had tried homeopathy, but it was too little too late. Anyway, the little peanut was falling asleep nursing, tearing up Momma’s nipples, and frantic while trying to latch. She had the classic Occipital Extension Presentation, low right frontal, intermaxillary ridging and wide open fontanelles – all of them; wide open all the way down the sagittal suture, too! While she was (painfully) nursing, I would shorten the Falx and widen the Tent, also working the jaw muscles and CRI. Her latch and sucking improved and all nursing pain would stop as long as I was actively doing this cranial, but would return later that day. After nursing I would work on the oral sutures. After 2 daily visits, 80-90% nursing issues were resolved. Baby opened wider to get a better latch, was no longer gnawing the nipple and did not exhaust so quickly while nursing. Just one of many, many.

I would recommend this program. This is so much more beneficial than those weekend pedi classes that give so little useful info. In infants, the cranium and dural meningeal system is 90%.

Prior SOT training would be helpful. Thank you for improving the quality of pedi care in our profession. No one should be treating peds without this training. Lots of love to y’all!!”

I want to thank you both for teaching such vital and important information!

A while back I told you both about my son. He struggled with chronic ear infections, constant sinus blockages, mouth breathing, sleep apnea, and snoring. About a year ago (before I started working on him) I took him to the dentist, and he said that he would need a palate expander to correct his high arched palate as well as his cross bite. I told him that I was just starting your pediatric certificate course and that I planned to work on his palate. As excited and encouraging as he was to hear that, he also cautioned me and told me he has never seen a crossbite resolve without using a palate expander. He told me he was excited to help me track my son’s progress with my treatments and in a year we would re-assess and see if he needed the palate expander.

Today we re-assessed his palate. Before examining my son he asked me how he had been doing. I told him that his chronic ear infections had stopped, his sinus blockages were less, his mouth breathing only occurs when he has a cold, and his sleep apnea and snoring were gone. Although I admitted that his palate was still very high and his teeth still seemed pretty crowded.

The dentist then examined him, and I wish I could have caught his facial reaction on video. He told me that in all his years in dentistry he had never seen a cross bite resolve without an expander, until today. He told me that if this was his child he would not put in a palate expander and he would continue to do whatever I was doing.

I just want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart. We have gone through so many challenges with my son and I am beyond thrilled to have made this progress with him. Because of what you both taught me, we have canceled his tonsil and adenoid surgery, avoided many antibiotics for bilateral ear infections, saved me many sleepless nights making sure he is breathing, and making his twin sister so happy that he no longer snores so she can get a restful night sleep.

I look forward to taking more courses with you in the near future!

Pediatric chiropractic is much more important than I imagined. The necessary adjustment at the right time in a baby’s life can completely change their development.

I am more aware of how necessary it is for people to know about chiropractic and what its real purpose is.

I saw Pablo (1.5 months old) and in June Elena, two siblings with different problems. Pablo was brought in because of dyschezia, and Elena (7 years old) had trouble falling asleep (her parents reported that sometimes it could take her two hours to fall asleep), and once she did, it wasn’t deep sleep (any noise would wake her). Although I didn’t apply any specific technique, the way I began the assessment and determined the necessary adjustments helped me with these children. In Pablo’s case, the dyschezia disappeared after the third session. In Elena’s case, she was able to sleep after the first session (her parents say that she falls asleep as soon as her pillow touches it), and now she loves going for checkups.

It’s a course packed with valuable information that, in my opinion, can only be acquired through many years of practice. This course makes that knowledge readily available for study, analysis, and application in your practice.

    My three takeaways:
    1. There is so much good and easily applicable information. You can take the information and apply it the next day!
    2. Thorough classes and the information is heard multiple times in different ways to help with learning.
    3. Helpful reminders to keep you on track! Everyone wants you to succeed!

There was such good information. I feel like I look at cranials through a different lens and have so much more appreciation for this work than I already did.

A few of my clients had challenges with torticollis and ear infections. Using this work, I was able to assess their cranials differently, look more depth at what needed to happen, and was able to apply the different techniques. Never have I had ear infections and tension clear up so quickly!

Yes, I definitely would recommend this program. There is so much clinical information and applications that we aren’t taught in school!

Thank you so much for all the work you have put into the program and in bringing this information to the profession. This fills such a gap that is so needed.

    My three takeaways:
    1. The importance of the dural meningeal system in the growth and development of infants
    2. How important the sphenobasilar system is in working with cranial adjusting
    3. How to confidently determine a dural meningeal subluxation from a structural subluxation, and how to use that especially in more complicated cases

I have gained a significant amount of additional confidence and certainty in my cranial evaluations and adjustments. I chose to take this course for the cranial piece and learned so much more about the whole craniosacral system. CST is a huge buzzword in our community and being able to share with my referral sources and community that I have invested this time in the program to advance my skill and knowledge has also been so rewarding.

Being a DC that works with a lot of newborns with latching and breastfeeding issues, I have used a lot of palate and sphenobasilar techniques taught in class to help improve latch and breastfeeding outcomes. I use the sphenobasilar motion techniques everyday on every baby that comes into my office, and I see the improvements in their latch as well as cranial shape.

Yes, I would recommend this program. I don’t practice SOT, but so many of the evaluation and adjustment techniques fit well within my daily practice. I would share with anyone interested that they don’t have to practice SOT to benefit from this course.”
