“A real privilege to have direct teachings from two very experienced chiropractors. Although this is a content-rich course it is very well organised and structured. Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson are both very responsive in their replies and eager to help and provide clarification on any questions. Although I did the online version of this course I still felt I had hands-on experience thanks to the ‘call of action’ part of the course that gives you direction and steps on how to implement and incorporate the new techniques in your current practice.

Taking this course had a profound impact on my practice. It enhanced my clinical skills about the pediatric population, gave me the necessary directions to change my first visit in order to make it a lot more comprehensive and taught me what to look for. Not only that but it gave me additional knowledge to be able to educate the parents on what they can look for and do at home to help their children thrive. I found parents also like to understand how things work and that course gives you the knowledge necessary to be a good communicator in the context of a family-based practice. Furthermore this course added so many new tools in my belt and that in turn gave me the confidence to see pediatric patients with more challenging issues. This changed my outlook on what I was offering and the added confidence definitely caused a positive energy shift that was much needed in my practice.

It is hard to summarise the numerous clinical pearls that I was able to apply in my practice with a great outcome, however one thing came to mind was a 7 year old with intense chronic migraines that had been under my care for some time, and although he was getting some relief with his adjustments we were never able to fully keep his migraines at bay. Following the course I started working on his sphenobasilar and temporals, the effect was almost immediate with the migraines disappearing completely after a couple of visits. Another patient with years of chronic constipation received immediate relief after implementation of cranial adjustments.

I would definitely recommend this course to others, being able to have a full 10 months course online is such a privilege, especially for chiropractors living outside of the US and who can’t easily participate in in-person seminars with Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson.

I have to say I’m in admiration of how you guys were able to share your knowledge in such a clear and supportive way, considering all of it was online I’m sure it’s no mean feat and I feel very privileged to have participated in what you had to offer. Thanks again!”

    My three takeaways:
    1. CSF imbalances are common in the population, and there are ways to correct it without medical intervention. 2. Pediatric adjusting is minimally invasive and there is not a one size fits all for treatment of the pediatric population. 3. Subluxations of the cranium are possible (something I did not realize before this class!)

Personally and professionally, this course has taught me that there is way more out there to learn about the chiropractic profession aside from what is taught in school. I didn’t know anything about SOT technique before this course, and in fact had not even heard of it. Thank you for teaching me there is always something new to learn in this profession.

I am not licensed yet, so I have not been able to apply these techniques aside from on a baby doll or skull model. However, this course has encouraged me to discuss with other docs about possible treatment options for infants and pediatric patients.

I would 100% recommend this course! It has taught me so much and I am so glad I stuck through and finished it, even with the hard times I’ve been going through.

You guys are awesome for what you’re doing! Thank you so much for the opportunity to learn and grow my expertise.

    My three takeaways:
    1. The importance of the dural meningeal system in the growth and development of infants
    2. How important the sphenobasilar system is in working with cranial adjusting
    3. How to confidently determine a dural meningeal subluxation from a structural subluxation, and how to use that especially in more complicated cases

I have gained a significant amount of additional confidence and certainty in my cranial evaluations and adjustments. I chose to take this course for the cranial piece and learned so much more about the whole craniosacral system. CST is a huge buzzword in our community and being able to share with my referral sources and community that I have invested this time in the program to advance my skill and knowledge has also been so rewarding.

Being a DC that works with a lot of newborns with latching and breastfeeding issues, I have used a lot of palate and sphenobasilar techniques taught in class to help improve latch and breastfeeding outcomes. I use the sphenobasilar motion techniques everyday on every baby that comes into my office, and I see the improvements in their latch as well as cranial shape.

Yes, I would recommend this program. I don’t practice SOT, but so many of the evaluation and adjustment techniques fit well within my daily practice. I would share with anyone interested that they don’t have to practice SOT to benefit from this course.”

My three takeaways from this program are: Cranial assessment is essential for every pediatric chiropractor. Cranial adjusting helps with general alignment and better outcomes. It requires special skills and a lot of understanding to perform these adjustments.

This program impacted my life because I have seen right in front of my eyes changes immediately in some cases, something that was challenging before.
I had a case of a cranial imbalance; so much the baby had his whole mouth to the left side of his face. I performed the “jar opening” assessment and some other techniques learned in this course. On his 3rdvisit, his mouth was back to normal.

I will and I have recommended this program to every pediatric colleague. It is essential information not taught in Chiropractic school. It is an extra tool you can use to help more patients and have an extra specialization in this topic.

I have been working with babies since I graduated from NYCC 11 years ago. I have done all ICPA and some other pediatric and prenatal courses. The thing about this program that I liked the most was the hands-on experience I had practicing with my patients every week. It was amazing the changes I saw immediately in some of them. Thank you so much! I’m looking forward to an in person seminar soon!!

I want to thank you both for teaching such vital and important information!

A while back I told you both about my son. He struggled with chronic ear infections, constant sinus blockages, mouth breathing, sleep apnea, and snoring. About a year ago (before I started working on him) I took him to the dentist, and he said that he would need a palate expander to correct his high arched palate as well as his cross bite. I told him that I was just starting your pediatric certificate course and that I planned to work on his palate. As excited and encouraging as he was to hear that, he also cautioned me and told me he has never seen a crossbite resolve without using a palate expander. He told me he was excited to help me track my son’s progress with my treatments and in a year we would re-assess and see if he needed the palate expander.

Today we re-assessed his palate. Before examining my son he asked me how he had been doing. I told him that his chronic ear infections had stopped, his sinus blockages were less, his mouth breathing only occurs when he has a cold, and his sleep apnea and snoring were gone. Although I admitted that his palate was still very high and his teeth still seemed pretty crowded.

The dentist then examined him, and I wish I could have caught his facial reaction on video. He told me that in all his years in dentistry he had never seen a cross bite resolve without an expander, until today. He told me that if this was his child he would not put in a palate expander and he would continue to do whatever I was doing.

I just want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart. We have gone through so many challenges with my son and I am beyond thrilled to have made this progress with him. Because of what you both taught me, we have canceled his tonsil and adenoid surgery, avoided many antibiotics for bilateral ear infections, saved me many sleepless nights making sure he is breathing, and making his twin sister so happy that he no longer snores so she can get a restful night sleep.

I look forward to taking more courses with you in the near future!
