The three big takeaways from this program were: 1. Importance of having pediatric training to treat infants, toddlers and kids 2. Importance of cranial work in the first 3 years of life, especially the first year!! 3. How to integrate cranial work with regular adjustments.

This year, I had an emergency C-section as my baby passed meconium when I was 6 cm dilated. This program made to confidant enough to adjust him as soon as I was able to get up and better navigate our NICU stay. Professionally I have started implementing cranial techniques on my pediatric patients and have had great feedback.

I performed the C-section technique on my newborn when he was in NICU, and he responded great. His spinal Galant reflex was absent and after performing the C-section technique and doing Logan basic to adjust his sacrum, his reflex arrived. It was quite magical, and the NICU nurses were impressed.

I would absolutely recommend this course, as it will help enhance any pediatric practice.

I am also an IBCLC so I used this course a lot in helping breastfeeding moms who were having trouble latching their newborns. I utilized several of the cranial techniques to help babies relax more to breastfeed & become more efficient feeding.

I had this 10-year-old kid that came in with a noticeable toe in gait. I followed the evaluation and adjusting protocol and slowly (over the course of about 2 to 3 months) we started seeing progress in the gait and also in the neuro scans.

Yes, I would recommend the course because I think that there is huge value in being able to use the indicators that are taught in this program to gain more insights about what is the best approach for each case.

My favorite part and what I have found so helpful in my education and ROF to parents is the reason why children need chiropractic. Great research and examples were provided to me to better communicate my message. An 8-month-old with moderate to severe cranial deformity in L occipital and parietal bones. In addition to adjusting, we started addressing cranial bones while they waited for insurance to approve the helmet. From initial consultation to helmet, the cranium improved so much that the case was no longer severe. Within weeks of having the helmet, his measurements went from 19 to 7. His parents and the provider of the helmet were shocked and delighted at the progress and both acknowledge the adjustments and cranial work throughout were a huge factor in the success of the treatment. I have also had numerous cases of infants having a difficult time latching and adding cranial work to the treatment has made all the difference.

Yes, I would recommend this program. This is the most comprehensive pediatric program around. The flexibility to learn at your own pace, being able to watch or re-watch videos until comfortable doing a technique, and the ability to immediately implement into practice is why I would recommend this to any practitioner looking to further their skills within the pediatric population.
