Three great takeaways from this course: 1. Clearer, More Structured Paediatric Assessment Framework 2. An excellent system for evaluating infants and children through: refined cranial, spinal, and dural tension assessment 3. A great understanding of segmental motion, tone, and developmental movement patterns.

This course has greatly enhanced my skills and confidence in assessing and treating infants. I now have a clearer framework for identifying tension patterns and applying gentle, effective techniques. Personally, it has fueled the “why” in terms of my passion for paediatric care.

During a follow-up with a 3-month-old infant presenting with frequent arching, irritability, and mild feeding difficulties (often associated with reflux-related tension). The palate arch was very narrow which caused latching issues. I applied a gentle occipital cranial release as taught in the SOT course to balancing cranial motion. Also did a Sphenoid Flexion Release via Pterygoid Contact Outcome: Within a few sessions, the infant was noticeably calmer neck and head posture improved tolerance of feeding positions, reduced arching and easier settling for sleep Parents reported the baby was more comfortable and content, and feeding sessions were smoother, less arching noted and generally the family was all round so relieved.

Yes, it is a great way to learn new adjustment skills, up-skill and improve pediatric care for the community. Improves networking with other health care professionals.

This seminar is very complete and a perfect complement to the basic SOT seminary including the specific techniques and procedures for the treatment of babies and children.

This program changed my organization with the first visit with parents and babies and included a lot of good techniques for them.

I see a baby with tonsillitis grade 2, which I have started working on and who is beginning to see improvements in his breathing, and in this case, there is no medical treatment available to improve her condition or none has been successful.

I recommend this program for others because chiropractic care needs to include specific treatment for babies and children and other tools to improve the understanding of people about health care

Thank you for doing an online alternative program, because I’m working in a different country. It’s a lot of techniques and understanding and in general a lot of seminars are too short and sometimes do not give enough time and information to completely understand the program. And we all have a responsibility to try to give high quality of treatment, and it is really important when we study other techniques and this program gives time and information with the video is really good. Thank you a lot. I already feel more confident seeing baby patients.

My three main takeaways would be that this program helps: 1) Recognising the unique structural and neurological characteristics of the paediatric spine and cranium, particularly in infants and toddlers, and the necessity of adapting SOT protocols to use extremely gentle, light-force techniques; 2) focusing on neurological and developmental foundations – learning how SOT protocols can be used to optimize nervous system function and potentially assist with common childhood issues linked to nervous system interference, such as feeding difficulties (e.g. latch issues), colic, sleep disturbances, and motor development; and 3) learning an indicator system to identify subluxation and compensatory patterns unique to infants and children, allowing to determine when, where, and how to apply gentle adjustments with precision.

Professionally, this program instilled more confidence within me to deal with complex cases, especially with training reinforcing the critical importance of early-life care and helped me communicate more effectively with my parents whose kids I’m treating. On a personal level, the training provided a profound sense of purpose and confidence, increasing professional fulfilment being able to positively influence a child’s health at such a formative stage, which I found to be a deeply rewarding experience. Furthermore, the program really deepened my understanding of neurodevelopment.

There are so many wonderful moments so it’s difficult to highlight a specific one, but I initially tried incorporating the new techniques here and there until everything was better integrated and flowed smoother. I think my a-ha moments came from amazing feedback from my parents post-treatment which is now much more frequent in comparison to what I have received in the past. This is really special! Especially when dealing with unsettled infants and parents telling you they cry for about 21 hours of a 24-hour day and within one session the parents already notice a massive change

Yes, yes and YES I would recommend this program! First, I don’t know any other programs that cover cranial work as in depth as this one. This program also covers neurology and development in a way that I know every single paediatric chiropractor would benefit from adding to their toolbox. Having taken this program also helped with growing my practice, because more parents referred friends with infants to me. The depth of knowledge gained in this program is immensely rewarding and professionally empowering.

Thank you for generously sharing your knowledge and expertise with us. The world is a better place thanks to you guys! Very well done!

“I decided to take this course in order to better understand movement of cranial bones and how to correct patterns. Easy to follow. Small enough information each week to stay on top of it and not fall behind. Great for learning in depth about each cranial bone and how they move.

This program has taught me a better way to observe and action steps for how to correct what I do find.
I recently had a little one come in with torticollis causing plagiocephaly. I was able to apply the exam protocols to figure out the main issue, address it, and keep the little one out of a helmet!

I would recommend to anyone who is wanting a better way to assess and care for the pediatric population, specifically in the realm of cranials.

I enjoyed the depth that this program offers. I have been interested in learning more about the cranium, how to assess and address certain issues and this program offered great resources to do so. I am so grateful for the information I’ve gained and will continue to apply what I’ve learned in practice.

I thoroughly enjoyed this program. I liked that it was broken up into sections each week that were manageable and easy to stay on top of. I am only in my second year of practice so some things were very hard for me to grasp and apply, but part of that was because I am a kinesthetic learner and thrive on immediate feedback. My main goal with this program was to get a better understanding of cranial work and I definitely did.

I know it is impossible with online programs to give personal feedback to each person and I appreciate y’all’s willingness to help us and offer the live doctor Q&A’s. Thank you so much for this program and the work you put into it!”

    My three takeaways:
    1. Assessment of the ascending and descending pathways to determine where to start first
    2. Clear spinal subluxations/sacral or assess them first before proceeding into cranial work
    3. Clearer insight into cranial work and how to better implement this work and record what i am doing

Personally, I found it so helpful in practice but also because my own son has had a major cranial fault since birth even though he has been adjusted by many chiropractors. This course has brought to my attention why his breathing difficulties with exertion and asthmatic tendencies could be a result of the cranial vault. And when I can get him to stay still I have been working on this… he is seven so I will do what I can now that he maybe has many compensations to the his temporal/frontal imbalances

I have had many great outcomes with helping with latching and feeding. More settled babies. I see so many newborns, and this has really taken my practice to the next level

Yes, I have recommended this program. I like the overall design and feel that I finish the course with a good knowledge of how to adjust. I have taken many paeds courses and I feel this gives a great structured approach on checking and adjusting.

Much gratitude for the course. I am so grateful.
