    My three takeaways:
    1) The program was a wake-up call to me regarding. Having been a chiropractor for 30 years only focusing on the spine and ignoring a critical aspect of human dynamics. 2) Prior to this course, I thought I was an above average chiropractor, but this course taught me how little I know about human function. 3) I believe courses like cranial function mechanics should be taught in chiropractic colleges.

This course made me realize how little I understand about biomechanics and human function and the impact of cranial structures with their descending patterns can impact the entire spine and if not addressed, the same patterns repeat themselves and the patients never get better despite what I do as a chiropractor. Personally, knowing this information now makes me feel I have been providing many patients a disservice and motivates me to learn and understand cranial dynamics. So, it was a very enlightened course for me

I have begun using some of these cranial mobilization procedures on post CFR inflation techniques and even though I have not yet been confident and proficient with the procedures, I have found most patients find them very relaxing and ease their anxiety form the CFR procedure

I might not recommend this course to someone who does not have any prior knowledge with cranial work and have them start at the basics. I feel that this was more of an advanced course for me which is why I began to go back to basics and enrolled in the SOT course with you. The certification in CFR, although a profound and effective technique, has only taught me how much I really do not know.

I would like to have some hands-on techniques to practice the mobilization techniques because, although practicing with skull models, I was still unsure I was palpating the correct structures. So, some hands-on training would have been a great compliment. Also, this was the first time I have taken a course like this which delivered course material in a slow drip fashion, so it took a while to get used to the format. I would like to say thank you Dr. Rosen for your phenomenal work and making it available and how you have enlightened me to become a better provider!!

I gained a much deeper understanding of how to evaluate cranial and TMJ dysfunctions through precise assessment procedures. The program provided practical, hands-on tools and corrective techniques to effectively address TMJ issues and restore proper cranial motion. I now have greater confidence in identifying which specific cranial bone or distortion pattern is contributing to dysfunction, allowing me to create more focused and effective care plans for my patients.

Professionally, this program has given me a much higher level of confidence in my assessments and care, which has translated into even better results for my patients. I feel more equipped to identify and address the true root causes of dysfunction, especially within the TMJ and cranial system. Personally, it’s given me the ability to confidently recognize and speak about these patterns in everyday life. I find myself more aware of what I see in the people around me and able to share insights or recommendations with clarity and confidence. My husband is probably the most annoyed because I am always commenting on his news anchors or television stars and their horrendous cranial distortion patterns I see. I used to see them but now I identify them for what I believe they are.

One of the moms in my practice initially brought her son in for cranial issues and nervous system dysregulation. During our conversations, she mentioned that she had been struggling with TMJ popping, grinding, and discomfort for years. Using the assessment and correction techniques I learned in this program, I was able to identify and address the specific cranial distortions contributing to her TMJ dysfunction. After a few focused visits, her TMJ popping completely resolved and her pain subsided. She was so surprised by the improvement that even her dentist commented on how much her condition had changed and asked what she was doing differently.

Yes, I would absolutely recommend this course to others. It greatly elevated my confidence in both assessment and treatment, while deepening my understanding of cranial distortion patterns and how they relate to TMJ dysfunction. The material provided a clear, practical roadmap for determining what to adjust first and how to effectively address even the most complex TMJ cases. This course truly bridges the gap between theory and clinical application, making it invaluable for anyone working with cranial or jaw-related issues.

This class was incredibly enlightening. I really appreciated the detailed reviews and the repetition throughout the material. It helped solidify the concepts in a practical way. The focus on identifying what and when to adjust offered a fresh perspective that made many of the techniques I’ve studied before finally click. It tied everything together and made the application in clinical practice much clearer and more effective. I’m very grateful to Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson for sharing their knowledge and expertise so generously, it truly made a difference in how I approach my patients and my practice.

    My three takeaways:
    1. I appreciate how digestible each video is. It makes a lot of information feel less daunting. 2. Great information about TMJ, cranials, and co-managing with dentists. 3. Learned new techniques to analyze and adjust the TMJ.

Professionally, I learned techniques for the neck/TMJ I’m excited to implement to my patients this week. Personally, I feel like I gained so much knowledge regarding evaluating, assessing, and adjusting the TMJ and cranials.

Yes, I would recommend this course! If any of my colleagues are interested in learning more about the TMJ and cranials, I would definitely recommend this course because of how digestible it is.

I’m not sure if you offer courses in person, but I would appreciate having a hands-on component as I am a kinesthetic learner 🙂 However, I really appreciated this content!!
