Praise For: Evaluation and Correction of the Vestibular System: Determining Balance, Coordination, and Processing Issues
Hear directly from our students about the benefits of our program.-

Patricia Lydy, DC
I took this program because I have several grandchildren I have concerns about so felt the need to educate myself. I have a good family practice of which my patients can benefit.
This program is very informative! Seeing the importance of monitoring the neurological development of infants/children. It makes me want to attend an in person class at some point in the future.
This course has made me more confident in diagnosing and treating cranial subluxations in my patients. I have resolved several nursing issues with specific cranial adjustments
Thank you!

I took this program because I have patients and my family members that have vestibular issues.
My three takeaways for this program are:
Connection between TMJ, upper cervicals and the SI joints with spinal posture and forward head posture
1. The role of CSF to substantially lessen the weight of the brain, the amount of CSF and brain function / autism connection.
2. Examination of the occipital compression/sideslip and Atlas/Axis
3. Thank you for your time and knowledge. -

It has significant anatomy and physiology of the vestibular systems. Each week the class has just enough paperwork and video to study whether you practice part time or full time
After each week the confidence and knowledge puts you at a level were patients not only see the confidence but feel it when you work on them
All migraines and vertigo obviously get a upper cervical and sphenobasilar evaluation along with pelvis check to determine descending and ascending priority and correction leads to a great improvement in symptoms
Ever chiropractic student should have this course and at least 4 to 5 other courses before graduation,
Like other courses it was awesome.

I took this program to gain a better understanding of how to interpret and correct issues of the vestibular system.
This program was a good review of the anatomy, the function of the vestibular system and its direct connection to upper cervical subluxation, and assessment of the impairments of the vestibular system.
I am more aware of findings with patients that are to a greater level of just spinal impairment.
I have not been great at assessing occipital findings so I used the occipital notch test a few times in the last week to assess occiput. It definitely helped me make a different subluxation diagnosis. Excited to implement more findings.

I decided to take this course because it sounded interesting and I was curious to take a course taught by Dr. Rosen and Dr. Watson. I was hoping to gain a better understanding of the vestibular system and apply that knowledge to my massage therapy practice.
Three takeaways I’ve already shared with others are… The bones in the cranium move with every deep breath. The brain and entire body plays a part in maintaining balance. In thinking about the vestibular system, we can’t just look at the inner ear. Our fascial system is all interconnected, which allows for restrictions in the neck to be felt and tested for by observing how the legs react when the head is turned
Having a new expanded understanding of how the body works is influencing my view of my own body and my work already. By knowing more, I am able to notice and respond to different cues from myself and my clients’ bodies.
I have a client who has chronic issues with dizziness. Through the process of taking this course I began approaching my work with her with more of a view of her full spine and alignment. In the past we had focused most of the work on her neck with good results, but not long lasting relief. I’m curious to see if with time she is able to hold on to the improvements longer now that I’m incorporating more work throughout.
I found this class to be very interesting and challenging. Thank you!!!
