Introduction to Chiropractic Cranial Adjusting
In this course, we will explore the basic anatomy and physiology of cranial bone growth, development and mechanics. We will demonstrate a variety of evaluation protocols including: cranial bone manual, dural/meningeal and respiratory ranges of motion as well as cerebrospinal fluid movement to assist the chiropractor in determining the most effective cranial corrective procedures for their patient.
Also included are cranial corrective procedures that can be incorporated into your present practice paradigm. These will allow you to increase you effectiveness and efficiency in patient care.
Chiropractic Care During Pregnancy
Working with this portion of the population involves special skills and protocols often overlooked in the general chiropractic practice. In this module, Dr. Martin Rosen will cover some of the specific adjusting protocols necessary to deal with the hyper-mobility and pelvic balance issues specific to the pregnant patient.
